The fee for each 50 minute session is $120.00. Should a session be planned for 90-minutes, the fee will be in accordance to 2 sessions. (Please be aware that most insurance companies do not pay for 2 sessions in a single day.)
Cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, and HSA credit cards are accepted. Checks can be made to Present Hope Counseling. Payment for services is due at the beginning of each session.
Blue Cross/BlueShield of Louisiana is accepted for sessions with Katherine Arnold. Depending on your current health insurance provider, it is possible for services to be covered in full or in part. Please contact your provider to verify how your plan compensates you for psychotherapy services.

A 24-hour advance notification is required for reschedules or cancellations. You will be charged full rate for appointments missed or sessions rescheduled/cancelled within 24-hours of scheduled appointment time.
